MAKING THE DECISON TO SELL YOUR HOME.
Know why you are selling and be sure to discuss this with your agent. This will help you and your agent determine your plan of action to ensure you reach your home selling goal. If you need to sell quickly then you need to price your home accordingly and may not be able to wait to get the highest price possible in the market.
