Remove outdoor furniture in disrepair, clean up decks and patios

Touch up exterior paint, replace torn screens, shine brass hardware on front door

Freshly paint any rooms as necessary, shampoo carpets, repair loose door knobs, faulty light switches, make sure appliances are in working order
